https://www.journaldemontreal.com/2...e--pic--turmel-dans-la-mire-de-la-policeTrafficking war: a gang of rappers linked to boss Dave “Pic” Turmel in the sights of the police Members of the Vikingz are the subject of an investigation on the sidelines of recent violent events in the Quebec region A funny fact. One of the member of BFM, his father was a full patch Hells Angels who got killed by the club. And one of the member of the Vikings, his father was also a full patch Hells Angels.

hey fellas been a bit. been following these wild stories out of quebec city region pretty crazy stuff. a few thoughts/take aways.
it is interesting to note that as more info comes out that this war, i think we can call it that, is a regional one. by this i mean almost exclusive to the qc city area. when this all kicked off i had thoughts that perhaps it was part of a larger conflict between possible groups allied with the mafia vs. the HA as a whole, this doesnt appear to be the case. in particular it doesnt even seem to be against all of the qc city chapter but more exclusive to those full patch and associates allied with mathieu pelletier. as had been mentioned in previous articles the older veteran members of the chapter are not very involved criminally and show no interest in going to war or being sent back to prison in there twilight years. to this point as well after an attack on a trois rivieres clubhouse best info seems that the t.r. chapter and the other 4 in quebec told qc city your on yer own take care of business. so much for brothers in arms.
i also find it funny that the qc city ha have no response to any of this violence whatso ever and then lo and behold the sq comes rolling into town and mass arrests of the rival turmel gang ensue. if u think i am implying some kind of corruption amongst the sq, in the words of world renowned DR. STEVE BRULE...BRINGO!!! it appears as well that a criminal group can murder, shoot up, firebomb at will but until toes and fingers start getting chopped off in the words of the head of the sq 'enough is enough' what a joke. i will be curious to see also if these 22 or so arrests in the past few days will indeed stop anything. likely most if not all of those pinched are already back on the street.
interpol...really. did anyone else look at those pathetic numbers. over 6800 red notices across 196 countries still outstanding. it is not outstanding work interpol, what a useless organization. wolf carroll has been on the run for near 25 years facing much harder charges than turmel with little to no success. to wolf carroll did i read that correct its his son on the turmel side, just when ya thought this couldnt get more convoluted.
and to the possible drug connects for this rebel turmel group. i think the emmanuel pyth roy arrest from 2022 could be a possibility. that group was driving to toronto and bringing back heavy weight as well as firearms and although there was a mention it sold to different groups mafia ha etc it was a red allied org. and those the roy group was sourcing drugs from in toronto was not ha or mafia but an independent import group.
an ever evolving crazy situation that is for sure one that will not be resolved quickly despite the recent arrests.

https://www.journaldemontreal.com/2024/02/28/lemancipation-des-gangsters-millenariauxThe Emancipation of Millennial Gangsters Quebec's criminal ecosystem is changing slowly, but surely. More and more millennials are taking their place. Who says millennials says new way of doing and thinking. These gangsters are narcissistic, egocentric and technology has no secrets for them. Finally, they have a great ambition, that of changing the criminal world. They want to do things their way and establish a new order. They royally mock phrases like “in my time” and no longer want to submit to territorial constraints or taxes to pay. As much as the Hells Angels, the mafias and their allies are obstacles to their great liberation movement from coast to coast. Urban violence These gangsters are the ones who have caused the most trouble since 2019. Shootings, murders, kidnapping, torture, and so on. Still, they are here to stay. Both law enforcement and the big players in the criminal ecosystem will have to adjust their practices to successfully control them. Using technology, they are able to diversify their businesses and create alliances with other millennials across Canada. Last summer, the 43 from Montreal went to lend a hand to the Wolf Pack Alliance in British Columbia. Millennials no longer stay in their sandbox. They have alliances that go beyond the borders of Quebec. A latent revolt In the criminal ecosystem, a revolt has been brewing for several years in the ranks of street gangs. The Bloods, for example, never really agreed to work for the Hells. The Blood Family Mafia (BFM), which we have heard a lot about these days, is only the tip of the iceberg. Add to this the assassinations of Woolley and Célestin. The price of several Hells henchmen. This is just the beginning. And after Scandalous The Scandalous police operation raised a lot of questions in the criminal ecosystem, especially since information was already circulating that the Hells had asked the police to intervene in the conflict between them and the BFM and a group of traffickers. independent. The question that kept ringing in my ears: “Did the police clean up for the Hells?” After all, more than a hundred police officers mobilized to put an end to a conflict that the Quebec chapter did not seem to be able to contain. Although there are communications between the two parties, the police are not in cahoots with the Hells. They simply targeted people against whom they had enough evidence to make arrests. Their goal was to stem the flow of violence. The fact remains that the big losers in this story are the Hells Angels, who have certainly lost the respect of the streets. Their symbolic capital as the “big bad wolf” took a big hit. Scandaleux may have marked a break in this conflict in Quebec, but it is far from having resolved the problem in the province.
