I don't know how some people in the comments figure that the Musitanos were a 2nd-tier gang. 2nd-tier gangs don't run $14 million illegal gambling operations or live the lifestyle they did. True, by no means were they the biggest fish in the pond but that's a stretch.

The 2nd-tier reference imo is related to the Musitano 'ndrina as a whole they are 'under' the Barbaro-Papalia.
