Lisa, clearly, this Toodoped/Villian character is a very sick puppy. He's also, quite obviously, a very unhappy person who feels the incessant need to constantly lash out at others he deems more accomplished than he is, in order to try and soothe his fragile ego.
I'm also sure that by now everyone on this forum knows what he is (on BH too for that matter. Thats why they kicked him off. He's a very nasty and vicious individual.)
