The admin being divided between the two locations wasn't about overseeing the guys there more then it was about having representation in the admin from both locations.

Nothing having to do with the Patriarca’s, more of a Providence topic, but Joe Lancia is back on the street for the Providence HA’s chapter. Never really hear much of that chapter with the Patriarca’s.
