I prefer Holladay Soft Red Wheat. It is very pleasant and a great sipping bourbon.

No bite in the beginning as its a wheat based bourbon and is nice and sweet up front.

Buffalo trace for me mostly. Blanton's single barrel if I'm celebrating.

My favorite is probably Baker's 7 but I also enjoy Heaven Hill 7, EHT Small Batch, and A Midwinter Night's Dram.

Good choices guys! My last bottle was Heaven Hill.

The only spirits I drink now are Cognac and other brandies. But, I used to drink JW Dant and Old Forester, hundred proof.

Update: Since bourbon has become such a high end spirit, I bought a bottle of Old Forester 1910 (93 proof). I think it's a well-made spirit, warm and on the slightly sweet side, heavy and mellow. But it doesn't have the complexity of the brandies that I like.
