In Quebec the Hells Angels do associate with Haitian gang members, but there are no patched members that are black. Not even Woolley was patched and his standing was high at a certain point in time.

In the Netherlands, Satudarah and No Surrender have/had patched members that were black Surinamese or Curaçaoan. Bandidos in Sweden have members with a Somali background.

In Australia, there are lots of bikers with a Pacific Islander (Samoan/Tongan) background. In New Zealand about 80% of the bikers are Pacific Islander.

I'd say the Hells Angels are still the most traditional biker club in terms of who they recruit. In California of course they have their amount of Hispanic members and in Germany they created some kind of "Hells Angels Turkey" offshoot for the Turks who wanted to become HA members under Neco Arabaci, but in general the HA's are overwhelmingly white.
