Kim Jong-un skived off in school and has been branded a "dopey dictator" with his sister accredited with being the real brains behind his throne.

The blunt expose comes from North Korea expert Sung-Yoon Lee, who has written the first biography of the tyrant's sister, Kim Yo-jong, where he explains her role in the cruel regime. Dr Lee said: "I view Kim Yo-jong as the brains behind the family operation.
