Leonardo Messina known as " Narduzzo ", whose collaboration was managed by Paolo Borsellino , had to say in December 1992 (therefore after the massacre in Via d'Amelio) to the Parliamentary Anti-Mafia Commission with respect to the unity of the historic Italian mafia organisations. The repentant, Lombardo recalls, even spoke of a National and World commission of Cosa Nostra.
