"Yet, despite this truly staggering arrest file, by the mid-1960s, Finazzo’s police record reflected only one substantial conviction in 1940 for conspiracy to violate Michigan State Gambling Statutes. He was sentenced to two years of supervised probation and fined $1,000.
Aside from that particular gambling conviction, his record, over the years, reflects that Finazzo paid a few minor fines here and there for several misdemeanor convictions related to disorderly conduct, vagrancy, and gambling offenses."
