Partners with Raffaele Quasarano and Vincenzo Randazzo in gambling enterprises, Joseph Quasarano Sr was influential in keeping members out of jail due to him being a connection guy meaning paying off cops, judges, and politicians. His most known and valuable protégé was Peter Cavatio who he sponsored into the mafia. Had a sit down with Tony Abate and Nicola Ditta with Peter Licavoli making most of the ruling in Salvatore Finazzo favor. Died 1994.
