Hehe..Russia wants to recruit 20 thousand mercenaries to the Wagner Group/African Corps to expand its influence on the continent, including Burkina Faso, Libya, Mali, the Central African Republic and Niger.
This is a setback, but won't be a big deal they have thousands of members.
