Lol well I figured either that or someone hijacked your account.
It seems like rocket launchers get mentioned a lot, but I don't think any of them ever have the rocket to go with it. They'd probably blow themselves up with it if they did.
Worse yet,they might take a completely innocent bystander or even a kid (like the 11 year old Montreal boy blown up by a car bomb in 2015 during the Quebec biker war) with them.
Dangerous sociopaths no matter where they happen to live.
