It seems that the French aren't allowing some of the female sprinters to warm up due to a rule change regarding the main gate. If this is true, there will be major repercussions. Sha'Carri is running, but she was one of those women reportedly, and it clearly affected her semi-final performance. Shelly-Ann is out lol. Unbelievable
