I don't know why anyone is surprised by this, it's how many of these guys navigate the underworld, it's standard operating procedure, all part of the game.
Exactly, even in Mexico top guys like El Chapo,El Mayo,El Mencho, talk to DEA/Mexican Military all the time about their rivals. When top players do it, its just part of business , when low level guys do it ,they get called rats.
