Cool, Sicily is a nice Island the game could actually grow interest in visiting it good for tourism.

It looks like they are working on two mafia games, The Old County is not mafia 4. If legit, than they are putting this one out, then work on the other one in running a casino and becoming a Capo, something the other games never done. 1 and 2, you were only a soldier.
