Santo Sicali’s life is based on family, horses and drugs, lots of drugs. He moves marijuana and cocaine from one end of Europe to the other, collaborating with Calabrian, Apulian, Albanian and Dutch traffickers, and handles money and drugs, managing to do business with everyone in the Catania area, supplying two mafia clans such as the Cappello-Bonaccorsi and the Santapaola.
