Geurt Roos (63) died in Amersfoort on Wednesday afternoon, acquaintances of Roos confirmed to Crimesite . Roos was once the bodyguard of underworld baron Klaas Bruinsma and was known as a sometimes violent man. Roos has been convicted several times, including for violence and extortion.
