For eight of the defendants, the investigating judge of Catanzaro has ordered the precautionary measure of prison, for the other two, house arrest.The recipients of the measures are accused, to varying degrees, of mafia-type criminal association , political-mafia electoral exchange , external participation in mafia association and theft aggravated by mafia methods .
