Mayo Faction Drops Propaganda Flyers from Planes Against Los Chapitos

Uprisings, Tortures, Murders, Kidnappings, Extortion. These are the crimes headlined on propaganda leaflets dropped by planes across Sinaloa. The front of the flyer calls out the Los Chapitos Faction of the Sinaloa Cartel as snitches, labeling them Cartel "Los Sapitos" and asking the public to report those they recognize.

It has all of the markings, information and contact numbers of legitimate government and law enforcement agencies. This includes local Culiacan Military Zone 9, the Mexican military including including SEMAR and SEDENA as well as the official tip email for the DEA.
