Who cartel killed him? Sinaloa?

Unbelieveable. What would be the motive to kill this guy? What threat was he to them?

Don't think it was cartel. Most likely one of the smaller drug groups. A lot of corruption down there. There are people who have fled from there to the United States and other countries. Heard some of the stories mostly about JNG, and Familia Mana. The Tlacos and Squirrels are in the papers as those two groups have been fighting for a long time. Most likely the Mayor was changing things that the gangs did not like. The Cartels have bigger problems, but it could have been a cell acting on its own, or splitting off from the main group and not hard to see that happening especially these days. The killings have been on a local level rather than a national level, one of the reasons I belive it is a local crime group.

But yet the Biden/ Harris administration kept the border wide open despite knowing the extreme evil that exists south of the border. They should both be sent to prison. That is equivalent to giving loaded hand guns to a large group of people who are " mostly hard working" and ignoring the few that are not.
