First of all, criminal groups whether they are gangs, mafia or bikers are all snakes.

The problem in the Quebec province are the politicians that allow all this to happen. Cops arrest them, the judges release them and the politicians make promises they never keep.

The criminals have evolved to the point that it can now be categorized as terrorism. When you have homes being burned with women and children inside , places of businesses, cars also being burned; and others tortured , killed ,kidnapped or trafficked. You have anarchy.

This has been going on for quite some time now and cops have lost control.
