TURIN The general secretary of the national Filca-Cisl, Enzo Pelle, is the regent of the Filca-Cisl of Turin. The general council of the category, which met in the Piedmontese capital, requested the regency of the federation of builders, provided for by article 38 of the Filca Statute. Following this request, the general secretary Pelle has assumed responsibility for leading the Turin structure. The decision comes after the legal case involving one of the managers of the provincial Filca in the context of the Factotum operation on the infiltration of the 'ndrangheta in construction activities in the Turin area. Pelle, 61, originally from Gerace , in the province of Reggio Calabria, is married and has two children. He graduated from the University of Bologna in Economics and Commerce. He began his career in Cisl with training and then managing the accounting of some Calabrian structures of Filca, and has held positions in the Ial and the Caf. He was the director of the Reggio Calabria Building School. In 2003 he was elected general secretary of Filca Cosenza, after only two years of Filca Calabria and in 2009 he entered the national secretariat of the union, where in recent years he has held the role of deputy general secretary.
