Contrary to the title of this thread, I think LCN needs to beef up their ranks with more gangsters from Italy and Sicily. Even Albanians seem to make great associates, as well as Serbians and Bosnians. Just look at Zef Mustafa and Mike the Serb, those guys are assets.
A guy like Alite would have done anything for them if he had that opportunity ! But could never be a 'made' man in the mafia because the grandson of Albanian immigrants was born in Tirana, Albania.
