Colombia, three drug lords linked to 'ndrangheta arrested
They exported tons of cocaine by ship to Europe

The Colombian Attorney's Office has announced the arrest of three Colombians allegedly linked to the 'Ndrangheta, charged with sending cocaine to Europe, and more specifically to the port of Gioia Tauro, in Calabria.
César Alexander Hernández Caballero, Haroll Miranda Castaño and José William Méndez Caycedo were arrested in operations conducted in Cartagena de Indias (north) and Villavicencio (south), accused of the crimes of "trafficking, manufacturing or transporting narcotics and criminal association".
"The three are accused of having procured cocaine hydrochloride and of having guaranteed its arrival in European territory", explain the Attorney's Office.
The Colombians shipped the cocaine purchased in the southwest of the country through the ports of the Caribbean (north), also with the help of a faction of the now defunct FARC, known as Segunda Marquetalia.
According to investigators, the three transferred "tons of narcotics".
