Out of curiosity, here is a list of what comes to mind and bit of research. The idea is to correct it and keep it somewhat updated. Also credits to @Captbony1999 who recently wrote a post about this. Note that the main source is Wikipedia/other forums so dates could not be 100% reliable. Would appreciate any corrections or additions to the list, as my LCN knowledge may not be as extensive as the rest of you. This is my first post. From what it seems, the Genovese have the largest number of long-lasting members (90+). Surely, this is not a coincidence. Genovese Family- Lawrence "Larry Fab" Dentico (1923): Currently alive at age 101.
- Mario Fiore (1924): Currently alive at age 100.
- Mario "Shadow" Gigante (1923-2022): Deceased at age 98.
- Gerardo "Jerry" Catena (1902-2000): Deceased at age 98.
- Michael "Mickey Dimino" Generoso (1918-2015): Deceased at age 97.
- Venero "Benny Eggs" Mangano (1921-2017): Deceased at age 97.
- Vincent "Jimmy Blue Eyes" Alo (1904-2001): Deceased at age 96.
- Louis Arminante (1929-????): Not sure if alive at age 95. (not reliable)
- Louis "Bobby" Manna (1929): Currently alive at age 94 (almost 95).
- Dominick "Quiet Dom" Cirillo (1929-2024): Deceased at age 94.
- Albert "Kid Blast" Gallo (1930): Currently alive at age 94.
- Victor Colletti (1931-????): Not sure if alive at age 93 (not reliable).
- Richard Boiardo (1890-1984): Deceased at age 93.
- Matthew "Matty the Horse" Ianniello (1920-2012): Deceased at age 92.
- Peter "Philie Aquilino" DeFeo (1902-1993): Deceased at age 91.
- John "Johnny Sausage" Barbato (1934): Currently alive at age 90.
- James "Little Guy" Ida (1940): Currently alive at age 84.
- Vito Genovese (1897-1969): Deceased at age 71.
Gambino Family- Stephen "Stevie Coogan" Grammauta (1916-2016): Deceased at age 99.
- Thomas Gambino (1929-2023): Deceased at age 94.
- Joseph Arcuri (1913-2007): Deceased at age 94.
- Joseph S.Barranca (1929-2022): Deceased at age 93.
- Pasquale "Patsy" Conte (1925-¿¿2017??): Death year not reliable, would be deceased at 92. Some 2022 charts suspected he could been alive back then.
- Anthony Ciccone (1934): Currently alive at age 90.
- Vincent "Jimmy Balls" Beltempo (1938): Currently alive at 89.
- Frank "Frankie Loc" LoCascio (1932-2021): Deceased at age 89.
- Salvatore Franco (1936): Currently alive at age 88.

- Anthony Scotto (1934-2021): Deceased at age 87.
- Joseph “Sonny” Juliano (1938): Currently alive at age 86.
- Arnold Squitieri (1936-2022): Deceased at age 85.
- Michael "Mickey Boy" Paradiso (1940): Currently alive at age 84.
- Daniel Marino (1940): Currently alive at age 84.
- Nicholas "Little Nick" Corozzo (1940): Currently alive at age 84.
- Leonard "Lenny" DiMaria: Currently alive at age 83.

- John "Cockeye Benny" Malizia (1912-2009): Deceased at age 97.
- Anthony "Bootsie" DiPasqua (1912-2009): Deceased at age 96.

Gambino names added. Not as long-living but there are some old-timers still alive and kickin'. Also included some other genovese guys such as Vincent Alo and the major bosses of each family in blue.
Thanks for the answers. I'll add the names once I get to each family. Want to end with the five families first.

Blitz also accetturo was an informant. List updated, Furio. Feel free for any other corrections. What’s James Lanza story?
No one mentioned Joe Bananas James "Jimmy the Hat" Lanza was in charge of the San Francisco crime family since 1961 till his death. He died 103 (1902-2006). And yes, JB was the longest-lived of the major bosses, died 97. Will cover him when I add the Bonnano family.

A read this story of a over 80 years old wiseguy from Gambino or Genovese family that was apeaking with young wiseguys that he was ready to kill again for the family and the others said that he was too old and would let this thing to young wiseguys and the old man said that once in the life, you can necer retire. That was in Florida. Anyone read this story? If it was from Al D'Arco's book, he was speaking about an old Sicilian-born mafioso named Salvatore "Don Turiddo" Curiale, whom I believe was around 90+/- at the time. D'Arco was introduced to him after he'd become capo over the "Canarsie" crew that Curiale was still technically a part of. Actually, that was Paolo D'Anna, he was talking about. D'Anna told D'Arco that even though he was old he could still "do work" for the Family.

But Curiale was another old-timer (although I don't know how long he lived)

Genovese Albert Facchino Yes,was him. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albert_Facchiano In 2001, in a conversation recorded by the FBI while Facchiano was dining with other Genovese mobsters, he offered to do a killing if the family needed it. Mobster Joseph Zito said that Facchiano should retire and leave murders to the younger guys. Facchiano, who was 91 at the time, allegedly responded 'that you’re never retired', and then reiterated his willingness to 'kill for the family'.[2] In 2006, Facchiano was indicted in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, on charges of supervising mob associates engaged in crimes such as robbery, money laundering and bank fraud from 1994 to 2006. That same year, Facchiano was indicted in New York for attempting to intimidate or kill a mob witness in Florida in 2005. He died at 101 years.
