The way I read the article. I think Woolley and Silva were 2 of the 4 generals. And Tamouro was part of the Federation, but not a general. So there are two generals missing.

Whichever way you interpret 1 or 2 , it still remains that they are not mentioned.
Another thing that caught my attention is "Calabrian Mafia" mentioned in the article and that war between Sicilians and Calabrians was still not over. Which Calabrians are we talking about ? It would be nice if the journalist would elaborate.
