Los Angeles has never seen this level of destruction: ‘Everything is burned down’
1. at least 11 killed in Los Angeles County fires
2. more than 12,000 structures, entire Streets damaged or destroyed
3. more than 35,000 acres burnt
4. more than 180,000 displaced
5. The Fire services were ill-equipped / ill-prepared for fires of this magnitude
6. No ‘water system in the world’ could have handled the Los Angeles fires

Bushfires in Australia are widespread and regular occurrence too Australia being one of the most fire-prone regions of the world

Sadly, many Fire fighters have lost their lives including Americans who came Down Under, to help us, died 23 January 2020 fighting the New South Wales prolonged Black summer bushfire when their C-130 plane stalled and crashed seconds after a retardant drop
