In an interview with the New Yorker's David Remnick, US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said,

And in order for Salman to be able to proceed with normalization: 1. It's very clear that Salman has to have at the least, a credible pathway to a Palestinian state 2. And that, I think, is more deeply felt, more strongly felt now than it was before October 7
