Not true. Blacks usually always get caught. Blacks, whether everyday thugs or gang members also engage in a lot of random acts of violence and shoot anyone for any reason. They will shoot someone for a pair of sneakers or shoot a 12 year old girl for her iPhone. It's a lot of random nonsense. Thats why blacks sometimes get away with it. Mobsters never did or engage in that at all today. Blacks are by far, some of the most unsophisticated violent criminals in the world. You think a black can ever control a union or a pension fund ?
