Well explain to me why blacks refuse to stop using violence to conduct business?

Its obviously the recruiting pool that gangs have to choose from. There are no Italian ghettos anymore, therefore the guys who were wired the same way are dead or so old they are not involved anymore in that kind of violence. Jewish ghettos played a big role in Italian organized crime also and they do not exist anymore either.
