I wonder who they have to play Jerry Catina, Peter DeFoe, Tommy Greco, and Anthony Caifano, the Eboli brothers? If they have those characters then I will definitely go see it in theaters, if not I'll wait to hear what people say, then decide to go to the movies or wait for it on TV. That social club had a lot of influence for the Genovese crime family and powerplays before Greenwich Village.
De Niro would be able to play Genovese easily, I would like to know how he will play Costello. Key points, Broadway crew, Formation of the 5 families, Luciano going to prison, Genovese flee America, Costello taking over as acting boss then Boss, Genovese coming back, the Havana meeting, 1950s senate committee, Willie Moretti, Frank Scalise, Albert Anastasia hits, attempted hit on Frank Costello, Costello and Genovese comparing notes in Prison and finally agreeing to order the hit on Tony Strollo. Luciano dying and last correspondence on breaking Coppola from Capo to soldier and making Cock-eye Capo, not to trust Gambino and Columbo, and caution around Lucchese and having Tommy Eboli acting boss.
