'Ndrangheta Vibo Valentia and drug trafficking, preliminary hearing set for 19 suspects – NAMES
The suspects, in addition to operating in the Vibo Valentia area, allegedly had ramifications and contacts on the national and international territory

LAMEZIA TERME The preliminary hearing for the 19 people against whom the Catanzaro District Anti-Mafia Commission closed its investigations in June last year has been set for March 7, 2025 – in Courtroom C of the Catanzaro Courthouse.
These are individuals believed to belong to an association aimed at the illicit trafficking of narcotics, operating in the province of Vibo Valentia and with ramifications and contacts on the national and international territory, and involved in the blitz of March 26, 2024. During the investigative phase, investigators were able to identify sources of supply for large quantities of marijuana, hashish and cocaine in South America and Albania. Once they arrived in Italy, the drugs were transported and sold both in the Vibo Valentia area and in the areas of Caltanissetta, Cosenza, Naples, Asti, and in Tuscany and throughout Northern Italy.
