Texas is the Bandidos's historical stronghold. That's where their Mother Chapter is and they always have been the dominant MC down there.

We know things can get hostile very quickly with them. let's not forget the massive shout out in Waco, Texas between the Bandidos and the Cossacks (9 dead).

These MC often get hit with RICO cases because they're still too easy to infiltrate and they do things very openly. The competition for membership and territory is fierce between the main MCs so they tend to recruit guys at a fast pace. They hire private detective to check their background but ATF and the FBI have all the tools to build a good cover story for their undercover guys.
