Dom Cefalu is the Boss Lorenzo Mannino is the Consigliere and Acting Boss according to the FBI.

dom cefalu seems to be consensus on this board, fbi, ganglandnews and many other websites and charts. as mafia101 mentiond above mannino has more recently been mentioned as acting boss perhaps because of age of cefalu or possible health issues. as to if he is consigliere that is up for debate with several names being given lately as to who holds this post if anyone currently.
