Cesare Muto, in September 2006 and December 2013, was responsible for the crimes of mafia-style criminal association and fraudulent transfer of assets. The criminal enforcement office of the Attorney General's Office at the Court of Appeal of Bologna, after the definitive sentence, issued the execution order for the imprisonment of the 45-year-old. The man was then reached by the Carabinieri at his home, in the municipality of Gualtieri, and accompanied to prison to serve his sentence. ( Ansa )
