MILAN "This is the one who came to the sports center, the old man, the one who wanted to "park Vittorio"". Scrolling through the photos submitted by the Milan prosecutors, Andrea Beretta, former Inter ultra leader who ended up in prison in the "Doppia Curva" investigation and for the murder of Antonio Bellocco, thus recognizes Domenico Morabito, a subject born in '55 from Bova Marina, considered by investigators to be "a leading member of the Calabrian 'ndrangheta active in the Ionian areas of Reggio".
The episode recalled by Beretta is the one he had already illustrated in the first report in which he had already referred to the visit of 3 subjects to his sports center in Cambiago in the hinterland of Milan , saying that "one was Arduino, one who frequents the Irriducibili, a Calabrian who frequents the Irriducibili, another was a man I had seen in Milan, Carlo Testa's brother-in-law, and then there was an old man who they told me belonged to a Calabrian family".
The (unsolved) murder of Boiocchi and the intimidating tone
Vittorio Boiocchi known as “the uncle” was killed by two hitmen on a motorcycle under his house in via Fratelli Zanzottera on the evening of October 29 , 2022. The two mysterious men had their faces covered by full-face helmets and were wearing dark clothes and jackets with blue stripes on their arms. According to a witness, Boiocchi would have gone to their meeting “ Don’t do it, don’t do it”. A few months before his murder, Boiocchi was arrested for an attempted robbery, as told by the collaborator of justice . And in the last report of February 18, 2025, regarding the episode, the prosecutor Storari of the Milan DDA asks Beretta if he had been threatened in any way. «Their presence already, the way they arrived, the ways in which they introduced themselves, the language they use», explains Beretta who clarifies even better: «They have a way of speaking that with the speech seems like they want to intimidate you, understand? They have this way of doing things, this intimidating way, even the way they position themselves on the chair». And again: «Then I got into the conversation, I said “look, I'm also using personal money for Vittorio because he's not in for crimes”, he came out with “we'll park Vittorio”, in this dialect like that». And when the prosecutor asks him what they wanted from him, Beretta replies: «In my opinion it was a form of intimidation to get me to move from my role or find an agreement with me and cut Vittorio out. Instead…».
«I unloaded everything to Antonio Bellocco»
«These supported each other (…) together with Arduino with the Irriducibili», explains the former Inter ultras leader, and also brings up Antonio Bellocco. «He came to make an appointment again, in Pioltello, with Antonio Bellocco in the bar next to the pharmacy, and he had spoken to Antonio though, because after that I unloaded all this stuff here, about these people here…» . And Bellocco himself would later confirm to Beretta: «(…) we kind of “sent them to f*ck off”, basically they wanted to stick their beak in the stadium, they hadn't given up the conversation». An episode that, according to Andrea Beretta's reconstruction, could be traced back to about 7 or 8 months after Antonio Bellocco's arrival in Milan, «towards the beginning of the summer of 2023, I remember we were in short-sleeved shirts».
«They had a black X6»
Beretta further explains to the prosecutors that he met the man on another occasion, outside a bar, while the former ultra leader was "in the company of the boys", "then after the meeting was over, they left the bar, I came from behind "ah, are you there too?", and he greeted me...". And again: "I remember that they had two vehicles, they had an X6, two black vehicles, in any case two SUVs of theirs, but I especially remember the X6 with German license plates".
