GOLDILOCKS AND THE THREE BEARS: DEATH AND PORRIDGE

A group of 5 friends are on holiday at an Airbnb in the middle of the woods. However, once they get there, they realize they were mistakenly sent to the wrong location. With the sun soon setting, the group decides to break in to spend the night and head out first thing in the morning. But they have no idea who's house they've broken into until it's too late. Listen I'm all onboard for these classic children's characters that are now in the public domain getting their horror treatment. They're low budget, cheesy, B-style slasher flicks that I would compare to grindhouse films of the past (which are also a guilty pleasure of mine as well). But this sets a new low standard. The film comes off cheap, with an inexperienced cast and crew, that I couldn't wait for the film to mercilessly end. There's post-voice over work done by the actors that comes off painfully obvious and the actors come across extremely green while the presentation comes off as if it were made as a college student film. Again, I'm well aware of what I'm getting myself into when I choose to watch these films but even I wasn't expecting anything this bad. Worst film I've seen in a long time. 2/10
