Congratulations H! Inter or Arsenal next. Both teams are extremely tough, but I would prefer going up against Arsenal. I feel like Inter’s tactical discipline and counterattacking efficiency would likely neutralize Feyenoord’s possession-based approach.

Thanks Milan has potential but as a team I was suprised the way they played. If it doesn't work out with your coach they should look at Farioli in Amsterdam he does a good job with Ajax.
Rumor has it Robin van Persie will be our next coach in the coming days let's hope we draw Arsenal haha..I can't remember G if or when we played against them.
There's potential and there are some world class players, but something's missing. Mentality, I would say, to go out there and take what you want. But we'll see, Milan doesn't want to pay top money for a top coach, but they expect top coach results with mid coaches lol.

Robin van Persie is about to swap Heerenveen for Feyenoord. The clubs have now reached an agreement . Inexperienced or not, the top striker of yesteryear wants to completely control his former club as head coach very quickly. His vision is clear, but above all sacred, says club watcher Mikos Gouka.
One last conversation on Thursday evening about the composition of the coaching staff, then, as is proper, an official go-ahead from the supervisory board, then Robin van Persie can call himself coach of Feyenoord. On Monday he will be in front of the group for the first time. He will bring his regular assistant Brian Pinas and video analyst Yori Bosschaart from SC Heerenveen. Feyenoord in turn will appoint René Hake, who was without a club after his dismissal from Manchester United.
Van Persie's arrival is a bold move, although internally at Feyenoord they mainly call it an interesting appointment. I'm pretty excited but that is based on the legendary player not coach which is completely different Job. He has some experience within Feyenoord and the motivation to be a legendary manager. Cruyff was both, Guardiola also but not many guys in football. Best of the strikers this century IMO

Hopefully the last time we played them was in 2002 away we beat them 0-1 at home 2-2. We won the UEFA Cup that season with Van Persie. Anything is possible.

The great thing about Gullit was that no matter where you played him, he was the best in that role. As a striker, he was the top striker on the team. Put him in midfield, and he dominated there too. Even as a defender, he stood out as the best. He may not have been better than Messi or Ronaldo, but he was a complete player who could excel in any position on the field. Growing up, I was a huge fan of his. When he and Maradona retired, I almost lost interest in the sport, but now, that passion is back. Good to see him looking fresh and healthy. Not bad for a 62-year-old.

Thanks amigo Great player and a Feyenoorder made us with Cruyff in his final year Dutch Champions. He left for PSV and later Milan but he always talks about Feyenoord.
Same for Croatia... when France missed those 2 penalties I thought there may be a chance, but too bad. France was a better team yesterday though so all I can do is wish them luck.
