Larry Gallo was made a Capo when Joe Colombo became boss and switched things around in 1964. After Larry died some of the made members in the Gallo crew asked to be transferred to other crews. Joe Gallo may have been made a capo, unofficially he was the leader of the crew but he never came in when he was sent for which ticked off the administration. Albert Gallo was transferred with a dozen or so loyalists to the Genoveses and was made in that family, along with Frank, Tommy and one other former Gallo crew member.
With all due respect, Giacomo. That is completely incorrect.
