I went and check, the code of Limoilou are 61, 6-2 and 6-3.
So Block 6 is a gang or gangs from Limoilou.
Limoilou, like I said always been the rough neighborhood of Quebec. Many rappers are from this place. And many old members of the Quebec chapter of the Hells Angels are from This neighborhood.
