Nvidia announces $500 billion investment in US
Nvidia has announced that it will invest $500 billion in the US over the next four years. Production of Nvidia's next-generation AI chip, known as Blackwell, has already begun at TSMC's new factory in Phoenix Arizona.

Nvidia is also building supercomputer production facilities in Texas in partnership with Foxconn and Wistron Corp, the company said in a statement Monday. "Mass production" is expected to ramp up over the next 12 to 15 months. "The addition of U.S. manufacturing will help us better meet the massive and growing demand for AI chips and supercomputers, strengthen our supply chain and increase our resilience," CEO Jensen Huang said in the statement.
