Yeah, these surgeries are no joke. I knew a healthy guy who went in for knee surgery and was dead from a blood clot 4 days later. It literally can happen to anyone.

But you had to play it cool, had to do it your way

People don't understand that shit. That's why they have you up and moving the same day as those surgeries and put you on, usually, lovenox for 21 days or a month to prevent blood clots from forming. People who get liposuction should never go with some cheap guy either. They get some doctor who decides to take a couple courses to make side money and thoomp goes the fat emboli and you're dead.

Macho Man Randy Savage was my first favorite wrestler but when Razor Ramon came in during Randy's last days on top, I was captivated. Great look, great character, and the man could work! His ladder match vs Shawn Michaels was one of the most influential matches in history. And then going on to form the NWO, the single most significant faction in wrestling history.

Razor/Scott was one of the very best to never hold a World title. More importantly, he very triumphantly overcame his demons through hard work to win his family back. Gone too soon, but at least he achieved personal redemption first. RIP Scott, you earned it

I haven't watched WWE in a few years because the product turned to crap. Now with Vince out, a free Peacock subscription and free time, I'm gonna give WrestleMania a try this weekend. I watched NXT Stand and Deliver There was once a time (circa 2016) when, for my money, that was the best wrestling on TV. The show didn't overly impress me but glad to see WWE (rightly) push Stephanie Vaquer as she's a rising star. We'll see how Night 1 of Mania turns out in a couple of hours.

\I won't see WrestleMania live but next day should be a great show considering it is Las Vegas!

I wasn't overly impressed with night 1 of WresleMania:

-Jey/Gunther wasn't bad and was a solid choice to open the night and get the crowd involved.
-War Raiders/New Day looked like the guys mailed it in and didn't come off as well as I'm sure they had planned.
-Jade/Naomi was the worst match of the night. Low to no energy and the crowd was obviously not feeling it either.
-LA Knight/Jacob Fatu surprised me as it was a better match than I was expecting with a new champ crowned in the process.
-Rey Fenix/El Grande was a filler match.
-Tiffany/Charlotte was good with Tiffany retaining and gaining additional cred by beating one of the all-time greats in Flair.
-Punk/Rollins/Reigns of course had its high spots and whether other people saw it coming or not, I was still surprised by Heyman's decision. Good way to end the night.

Charlotte botched a few moves, I hope it's just because she's rusty and not because she's starting to lose it.

Heyman's doings at the end of that match MADE this PLE for sure. That was top notch stuff right there lol

I knew Cena was winning. He'll turn face again before he retires.

Overall, I was disappointed in this year's WM. I'm glad I went years ago because the prices now for front row, which is what I got, are now $10,000. Definitely not worth it IMO but I get it, it's about the experience.

-Iyo/Bianca/Rhea was one of, if not, the best match of the weekend.
-Drew/Priest was a snooze fest.
-Dominick/Finn/Penta/Bron was solid, although I was disappointed with Dominick winning (was pulling for Finn & Bron).
-Orton/Hendry was odd and mercifully it was over quick (never been a fan of Orton's).
-Logan/AJ had its high spots but another veteran gives Logan the rub.
-Lynch & Valkyria/Liv & Raquel great seeing Becky back after almost a year and even better watching her win gold with a fellow countrywoman.
-Cody/Cena was a let down. No appearances (where the heck was The Rock) and you'll never convince me Cena should have beat Ric's record. A complete disgrace!

Hell I thought RAW last night was better than Wrestlemania lol

I bet Becky is back on Mom duty after turning on Valkyria.

Cool to see Bron elevated to the big boys now

I'm glad Dom won, I think he deserves some love finally
