Who has set fire to businesses in recent years, shaking citizens' sense of security? Our sources paint a quick portrait of the forces involved.


Arab Power: Increasingly influential group headed by Hasan Elzein and Youness Aithaqi, aka Fréro.


Arabs With Attitude: The band appeared a few years before Arab Power. One of its influential members is Faouzi Harmali, alias Fouz. His leader is Fares Benabdallah, aka Patex.

Markens Vilme: Nicknamed Big M. Ally of the Arab Power and close to some Hells Angels. Exerts great influence on some members of the Rollin 90s, a street gang in western Montreal.

Pac Team: This term refers to the henchmen of Atna Onha, aka Tupac, once close to the Italian mafia and bikers. Today in open conflict with well-known names in organized crime such as Martin Robert, Jean-Philippe Célestin, Davide Barberio and Pietro D'Adamo. He is also in conflict with the group Arab Power. He could have ordered, according to our sources, the arsons targeting the shops of LaSalle linked to Pietro D'Adamo. The latter is currently incarcerated.

"The Greeks" of Chomedey: Their leader is Lambrinos Théologiou, nicknamed Bobby. Police believe that this group based in the Chomedey district of Laval is responsible for several arsons in Laval. Ally of the Arab Power.
