Well for Otna, there is a difference between beign at war and having tensions.
I think that Otna is maybe at war with the Rizzuto’s, but has tension with the HAs.
Otna got many crip gangs under him. And he is probably working with other factions of the Montreal underworld.
You can see that Renaud and Ferah are giving more importance to the Original Poscast for what is being said about Otna.
Renaud know’s more about the Rizzuto’s and HAs, and Ferah knows more about the arabs gangs.
