For now prosecution wants to paint a picture of his violent character and lifestyle. We still have to see how they are going to link it to racketeering and sex trafficking.
You would think they would have gotten him on wiretaps before bringing this before a Jury. I wonder if they have any?
I agree with you Hollander. A bad image, accusations & reputation isn't enough to send someone to prison for the rest of their life.
As of right now under law the jury would have to find him not guilty. No matter the type of character they think he is, you must stay within the law when reaching a verdict.
