But what the average person does not realize is that the oil that is being offered by Chavez is worthless. It needs to be refined and converted into gasoline, and right now that is our problem, no refineries! All the oil in the world would not help right now because it cannot be refined and converted into Gasoline or Heating Oil. And Chavez damn well knows this.

Why haven't they offered to help us by sending us gasoline and heating oil? They are willing to send us thier 20 million illegals, but are not willing to offer us any converted oil.
