I'll tell you something about that. Freedom of expression, speech or whatever ammendment they want to file it under, someone doing something like that tells me that they are a bit disturbed. A Bound and gagged Santa hanging from a noose! The neighbors should be very careful of this man. He Sounds a little sick to me.
