1. Africa can't help itself. They're so far gone, they can't let welfare and plain surviving appear by magic, someone has to give it to them.
2. You know who's fault it is they're in such a bad shape: Europe. With the colonisation, they've destroyed the continent. So Europe has the duty to help them.
3. America seems to have enough money, they're spending it on useless wars like Iraq, so why not using that money to help starvation out of the world.
4. All other rich countries also have to help the poor countries: That's their human duty.
5. How? Not just sending money, but giving them infrastructure, so they can take care of their own.
