I feel the same way about each actor; I wouldn't say they're bad actors. I also wouldn't say they're great either. I think they're all good, just not say "the best actors of our time". But they're all very talented men. Although, they all seem to have only a handful of good films, judging by the ones I've seen, and then about twice as many bad ones.

My favorites from Cruise would be either Magnolia or Vanilla Sky.

My favorite from Cage would undoubtably be Adaptation.

My favorite from Pitt would undoubtably be Fight Club.

And, each one has quite a few more films I liked. Their strong material just comes out in random sparses... I would be inclined to say that they are talented actors who just pick the wrong films.

"Somebody told me when the bomb hits, everybody in a two mile radius will be instantly sublimated, but if you lay face down on the ground for some time, avoiding the residual ripples of heat, you might survive, permanently fucked up and twisted like you're always underwater refracted. But if you do go gas, there's nothing you can do if the air that was once you is mingled and mashed with the kicked up molecules of the enemy's former body. Big-kid-tested, motherf--ker approved."
