I am a ledgend as far as GF goes. People will come up to me just to tell me where they saw a reference or used a reference. Last year I did a scene from GF as a duo for my HS' speech and debate team. Now people call me "Godfather" and kiss my hand. Its great. TND
There are men in this world who go about demanding to be killed. You must have noticed them. They quarrel in gambling games, they jump out of their automobiles in a rage if someone so much as scratches their fender, they humiliate and bully people whose capabilities they do not know. I have seen a man, a fool, deliberately infuriate a groop of dangerous men, and he himself without any resources. These are people who wander arround the world shouting 'Kill me. Kill me.' And there is always someone always ready to oblige them. We read about it in the newspapers everyday. Such people of course do a great deal of harm to others also. -Don Corleone about Luca Brasi

After I have made lasagne for people I often say "you like your lasagne?".

i've been using paulie's "you stupid jerk!" line a lot lately. there's a few others, i'm sure, but here's some off the top of my head:
i've been doing michael's frightening stare when i'm in a bad mood or serious, and talking as quietly as mike did at times when i'm ina serious mood
also, last week my housemates and i had a party, and at one point a friend of mine, a Sicilian and Godfather fan, showed up and in my drunkenness i grabbed his face and said "i know it was you, Fredo!" or something to that effect. he busted out laughing:)
oh, and last night i was playing guitar (again, drunk) for my drunk friends, and what did i break into? the Godfather theme! one of my friends loved it.
"oh, you not feelin' me? fine, it costs you nothin' - pay me no mind."

Except, Appolonia didn't know the days of the week in order! About the quotes, I'm pretty humorous, and people tell me alot that I'm funny. So, of course I break out with the "how am I funny?" bit. But, here's a story. Once, my girlfriend was being very dishonest to me, so I took her head, kissed her and said "You broke my heart, you broke my heart." Then, continued with "Only, don't tell me you're innocent... It insults my intelligence, makes me very angry." Oh, how I love that line! I'm also called "Godfather" CONSTANTLY at school, by friends, family, because I am known for my Mafia movie obsession. I'm also called Pacino, De Niro, and Pesci often by everyone, including people I don't know... Becuase I look alot like Pacino, and very Italian. I just use TOO MANY quotes. People often get angry, but, hey, who cares? Just being a true Godfather fan!

The only one I can remember using recently is "If you're happy, then I'm happy." I've been waiting a long time to use "I'm not interested in things that don't concern me" but the opportunity never comes up.
Well, I woke up this mornin', and I got myself a beer. The future's uncertain but the end is always near....

Welcome to the board!
I just recently did a written assignment at school and I involved the Godfather in it. I put how I didn't buy it until after the New Year, saying 'I didn't ask why I waited, but it was the choice I made.'

Sweet! They sure don't make cars like that anymore! I've been saying, "Come'ere! Come'ere! Come'ere!" a hell of a lot. Mainly when I'm shoving someone around. Also when people make fun of me I say calmly, "What have I ever done *small pause* to make you treat me so disrespectfully?" Everyone thinks I'm retarded, but it makes me quite proud of myself.
I'm a girl, and I just want to have fun.

Just as a little follow up...I am coaching Speech at my old High School...and there is a novice DUO that is doing GF and I'm gonna help coach them. I'm excited.

Next Don, Do you mean they will do a scene or reading from GF? If so, do you know which one? You'd be a good coach knowing exactly how it should be done. Sounds like fun! Let us know how it turns out and which part they do. TIS

I took his soccer ball off him coz he was throwing it at me and later he got his Mom to ask for it back and I said to her...he's insulted me, he's insulted my friends and my family...and then I couldn't resist adding.."...and that I do not forgive".
